This is a hot button for me...... bad MLS photos, WHY? Why does this happen? Does your REALTOR just not care? Do you as the the home owner not look at them? How else could this be that we see them again and again. I am not just talking poor quality that's another issue (one that should be covered as well) but terrible photos like blurry ones, ones with cats in them, ones that focus on the lawn ornaments instead of the house, these are the photos that shouldn't exist. Agents only get 36 spots to showcase your property that is all, 36 photos should be highlighting not distracting. You need photos that are going to get buyers to the house and that look good online because again this is most likely where your buyer will see the home first and make the decision to come see it in person.
Take Away: #1 Hire the right agent (no subtle hint here hint hint) and #2 be sure to look through your listing photos and details.
