First time homebuyer here ! I was looking for a home for my family of 3 on a budget of less than $200k. I had the BEST realtor in my corner, Emily Santina! She held our hands through the stressful bits of buying a home, cheered us on, negotiated well, & celebrated with us when we found Our Dream House. She was the answer to our prayers (and our many, many questions about house buying)!
I trusted her completely & never once felt anything but secure in that trust. She does what she says she will, offers total transparency throughout the process, & was a delight to work with. I cannot recommend Emily enough!

We have worked with her before in my husband's business, so I trusted her suggested price for our personal home, and negotiating if needed.
